Dear [redacted] : In response to your letter dated October 18, regarding the membership for [redacted] ***, I do want to apologize for any misunderstanding between our instructor and [redacted] ***Our instructor was not speaking about any one member only mentioning how well the entire class was doing at understanding all of the yoga terms [redacted] ***’s memberships has been cancelled and August, September, and October membership dues have been refunded Please let me know if we can be of further assistance Sincerely, Scott T***

I am rejecting this response because: the business continues to ignore the repeated requests for communication, beginning with MrY*** in his inappropriate handling of this situationFurther, it is apparent that MrT*** has not seen all emails in regard to this situationWhile the issue began as a simple dispute over TVs, it culminated in an incident in which I was verbally harassed by a male member who I had complained of previously for his behavior and demeanorInstead of investigating and taking this situation seriously, MrY*** not only ignored the claim, dismissed it as likely not true and discriminated against me by affording luxuries to the male member in question that were not afforded to me. Guven the business's refusal to communicate in any meaningful way on this serious matter, I will proceed by filing a complaint with the Office of the Attorney General, as well as providing this information to our local media outlets who have reported on the past indiscretions of this establishment.

Senior management is aware of the situation and all of the email communications with [redacted] and regrets that it ended with her terminating her membership. We recognized there was an issue in that the TV's did not possess the necessary technology to prevent members from unilaterally changing the...
