I am very sorry you felt mislead by my letter I cannot find any record of mailing a letter to the name you provided in your complaint, nor do I recall speaking with you or receiving any voicemails from you (your complaint says you talked to the company on 6/14/16, and that "phone calls were not returned at all.") I've also scoured our electronic phone records looking for a record of perhaps having missed your call, but I cannot find record of that phone number anywhere While I am sorry you felt mislead by the letter, I would encourage you to re-read it carefully (I have attached the letter I believe you're referring to, for reference)You'll find there is no language that says the house I seek is "for me to live in." I can understand, however, how you might assume that, and I apologize if this was confusing to you The irony is, I actually am looking for a house for my family to live in, as well (I need a place to live, just like everyone else) I have no intention of hiding that I am a small business; if I was trying to hide that, I would have used a non-branded email address as the contact information I provided in my letter, rather than providing my domain URL right there for you As to your complaint that "their mission and goal is to buy your home or property at a discount, rehab it if necessary, and sell it at a profit," you must admit that this claim is pure speculation and based on what you assume about us from stereotyping people and companies you assume we are like, even if we are not You certainly didn't get that information from our website, as it does not say that on our websiteI ask kindly that you don't lump us in with your assumptions about other organizations you may have seen or interacted with I would encourage you call me directly so I can further address any concerns you may haveI would be happy to put you in touch with previous homeowners I bought a property from, and you can hear directly from them how they felt their experience was, and if they felt they got a fair dealing
