Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted] ***

First and foremost, I need to mention that Ms [redacted] did NOT purchase any units from us, it was her daughter [redacted] that purchased the original 50 units of botox for herself.  [redacted] scheduled twice and was a "no show" twice which is $50 fee per each no show.  We took the $100 in...

no show fees from [redacted] purchased units which is our standard clinic policy.  When she tried to reschedule, she wanted to split the amount of units between herself and her mother, which she was informed was not allowed per clinic policies.  She then stated that she would give these units to her mother, which we allowed, and they would work out any payments amongst themselves which did not involve us.   Ms. [redacted], [redacted] mother, came in for treatment and used 24 units as stated above but due to special price, would expire in 6 months from date of purchase as stated on our receipts.  Typical timeframe for repeat treatment with botox, which is published by Allergan, the manufacturer, and per my medical expertise, is 3 months.  Ms. [redacted] called our office in November stating she purchased botox units but our staff initially could NOT locate her purchase because it was not under her name as mentioned above (her chart was never misplaced she gave our employees the wrong information) At that time [redacted] our front desk coordinator, stated she would pass the message off the to the physician.   Once we spoke with Ms. [redacted] in regards to the miscommunication, we were able to locate the date of purchase, which indicates on the bottom that all "sale" prices expire within 6 months from date of purchase and 1 year for non sales items and services. For further insight, I find it ironic that Vivian "liked" our botox special on facebook, which we have proof of, while awaiting the doctor's response to this matter.  Then [redacted] decided to "bash" our clinic on various sites and lying that we "stole 50 units of her elderly mother's botox " which was also submitted to Revdex.com. Now, however, their stories have changed, once again, and it is no longer 50 units of botox, but rather 26 units which have expired. Lastly, if we did refunds, which we do not offer(again stated on all of our clinic policy forms and receipts) I would owe $207.74 - $100 in no show fees= $107.74.  I would consider refunding $107.74 if I receive in writing that both [redacted], [redacted], and any parties associated with them, remove all facebook, Revdex.com, Yelp, etc and never write and defamatory remarks about About Face, Dr and Mrs. [redacted], their staff, etc.  Thank you.  Sincerely, Dr. and Mrs [redacted]
