November 2012 - had 1st session of permanent makeup - micripigmentation- applied to brows and eyeliner. Unhappy with result. Was told by owner [redacted] that it would soften and fade. Second application in December 2012 - even worse result, not addressing my concerns about color and shape of brows, and uneven application on eyeliner. Again, told to "wait." Voiced complaints again to [redacted] in January 2013, Went in for "correction" - even worse. My brows look like an angry caricature, drawn on by a child with a sharpie marker. Eyeliner is too dark and obviously uneven application - overall an embarassing and regrettable outcome for me. I should have seen the red flags with the [redacted] lawn chair covered by a bedsheet, and a cuss-fight with another employee while doing my makeup. I have requested a refund for these services that I will apply for the laser treatements to remove this hideous work. No response from [redacted] to date.
