I have moved atleast times in my life and I can tell you the experience that I had with about integrity movers and the owner trevel randolph was one of the best I've ever hadI don't mean they had the best/newest trucks or uniforms I mean the professionalism diligence and pride they took in handing my items which are not that expensive / valuable monetarily but to me are all I have and priceless by the wayImpress me be on my expectationsI will recommend them to anyone in need of moving services!!!! Oh yeah and they even offer cleaning services which I used as well as carpet cleaningWhich save me extra time and money great company

This was only my second experience with movers, and being as though the first experience was horrible I was apprehensive to say the leastFrom the first conversation with the owner, *** ***, to the interaction with the men who came to do the job, I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and accuracy on which my moving job was completed I will never use another moving company again unless it's Integrity MoversI would highly recommend anyone with a moving job, big or small to contact this companyIt totally took the stress out of the situation, and I look forward to using them for any moving job I have in the future!

We had two movers, *** and ***, come over and help us load tons of boxes and our furniture into a truckThey did it in two hours, it was amazingThey knew how to pack the truck to fit the most in, and wrapped and packed our furniture so fast I couldn't believe itWe were so impressed, and so, so glad we had themThey were very professional and obviously knew what they were doingI would recommend them!

These guys were great Answered calls and emails promptly, arrived when scheduled and most of all moved a very heavy piece of furniture from our first floor to the second floor How these guys did it still astounds me but they got it up there and we couldn't be happier I will use them for all my moving needs!

BAD EXPERIENCE I had a safe moved by about integrity movers At the time I made the appointment I requested that it be bolted down after delivery When the guys showed up, they told me they didnt have the hammer drill because they didnt know it was to be bolted down We checked the work order and sure enough it said "bolt down" So I call trevel the owner He apologizes and says that if his guys arent out on my side of town within the next few days, then he would personaly drive out and bolt it in himself I gave him a few days then called Then emailedThen texted him, nothing Going on weeks now and nothing I guess driving out to bolt down my safe wasnt worth having a satisfied customertodd

I am writing this review because of the positive experience I had with Integrity Movers from my first contact with them and throughout the entire move I am years old single woman with no family in ArizonaI have moved many times and have never had the kind of customer service I received from Integrity MoversThe owner of Integrity Movers answered all my questions from many calls with a great deal of patience and understanding The crew that moved me were skilled, polite and FAST, they had a great working relationship with each other It was a very hot day and they kept a fast pace throughout and handled the items carefully both loading and unloading I would recommend them to anyone moving, but especially for a single woman because they put everything into place and hooked up everything for me Moving is a stressful event and Integrity Movers made it so much easier for me than I have ever experienced before

So far, my business with AIM has been great. They responded very quickly to my request and were able to schedule me on short notice. I will amend this review later after the move is complete.

I would just like to say that this is the best moving company I have ever used. Extremely professional and with me my wife and all of our belongings. I will recommend to anybody that is going to be moving. There crew was very polite and hard working. They arrived and did not stop working until everything was moved and were right on time with what they quoted. If your going to move they are worth every dollar and are very fair price. I would like to say thank you integrity for your hard work.

I can't thank About Integrity Movers ENOUGH for all they did during my move in the middle of the Arizona summer with multiple pick-up and drop-off points. Wow. Just wow! The gentleman taking care of my belongings were genuine, respectful, knowledgeable, and careful. Their attention to detail was tremendous and appreciated, and their expertise in packing, moving, and keeping my belongings safe from any potential damage was incredible. I highly recommend About Integrity Movers for any residential or office move. My situation involved residential and large office furniture, and they handled everything with care. Their work ethic and customer service was impeccable! I am over-the-moon happy, appreciative, and grateful. If you have a move coming up, give them a call! I definitely will for the next one. 10/06/14 The 2 man moving crew from About Integrity Movers team arrived at our previous residence late due to one of the drivers calling out sick, and a truck breaking down. After several hours of loading slowly and wrapping each individual item from our garage and inside our house, they headed to our new house. They arrived at our new house a few hours later, (lunch break included) claiming that their GPS had sent them the wrong way, causing them to go down a very bumpy, rural road. Before they even began unloading their ramp broke off of their truck and they had to have my husband help them make a make-shift one. As they began unloading our possessions, it was clear that many of our items had been damaged in transit. The tempered glass crisper shelf from inside of our refrigerator was shattered, there were many scuffs and scrapes along the side of our refrigerator, a very large piece of framed artwork had the glass shattered on it, a decorative wooden table had the entire top badly scraped as well as many other items that we didn't feel the need to nit pick about at the time, seeing as though the movers appeared to feel very badly about the damage done to our possessions. They promised that all of the items would be fixed or replaced within 90 days and even stated that they had never seen it take longer than 6 weeks to return/replace a customer's items in the past. They put all of this information into a contract that both of us signed. They took off $80 on the price of our move as a courtesy, which when paying by the hour, really only covered the time spent cleaning up the glass and the time they spent lost.

10/16/13 After not hearing from About Integrity Movers for ten days, I reached out via email to [redacted], the owner, to see how the repairs were coming along.

10/23/13 A week after emailing him, the owner, [redacted], responded to my email stating that his company legally has 90 days to replace/repair damaged items and again assuring me that it would probably be closer to six weeks.

11/13/13 Approximately 3 weeks later, I reached out again to see how things were going and to provide the make/model of my refrigerator, since the movers forgot to take down the dimension of the glass shelf when they were at my home on 10/06/13.

12/22/13 After not hearing a word from About Integrity Movers for over a month, I reached out to owner, [redacted], once again to remind him that our legal 90 day limit was fast approaching, 01/03/14, and to find out the status of returning our items.

12/23/13 [redacted] responded by letting me know that the holidays and unexpected repair issues were causing the delays. He again did not give a time frame, but thanked me for my patience.

12/23/13 I responded to his email letting him know that I

was not made aware of any additional repairs needed and that I still expected my possessions to be returned by the promised date. I advised him that this was his last chance to make things right before I would have to take further action in this matter.

12/24/13 He responded by stating that I misinterpreted his previous email and still gave no time frame.

12/24/13 I replied again, asking if the items would be returned/repaired by 01/03/14, so that our contract would not be broken.

01/02/14 [redacted] did not respond to inquiry and so I emailed him again. I asked him when I could expect him on 01/03/14, so as not to break our contract.

01/02/14 [redacted] responded with an apology for the delay and asked if he could have the items delivered on 01/05/14, because it would be more convenient for him, as he would already be in the area.

01/03/14 I responded by letting [redacted] know that I would permit the items to be delivered on Sunday, 01/05/14 as long as it was in the morning, because I would not be home in the afternoon, and I asked what time he would be coming. I also advised that if he could not come in the morning, I would need my items today (01/03/14) as previously expected.

01/04/14 [redacted] did not respond to my email, and

so I emailed again to find out what time to expect him the following day. I received no response.

01/05/14 [redacted] did not return my email or show up to return/repair our damaged possessions.

01/0814 I sent [redacted] one last email letting him know that I would be filing a claim with the Revdex.com and small claims court.

It is now 01/13/14 and I have not heard a word. We are beyond disappointed with our experience with About Integrity Movers. The did not live up to their name, not at all. I would highly caution anyone that is looking to hire movers to keep on looking. Their equipment was faulty, the movers worked slowly and they don't have any regard for their customers' belongings. I will be seeing them in court, but I hope this saves you from having to see them at all.

We have used About Integrity Movers twice. Their crews were on time, packed well, worked hard and were very accommodating. Eight hundred miles and NOTHING got broken. The cost was reasonable and we would use them again.
