Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted] ***

The woman that made this claim, [redacted] ***, has been in the most polite way I can describe, a very difficult client Angie first came into our tattoo studio for a tattoo of her child's foot print and name on her forearm on February 11, This is the tattoo that she is claiming had become infected Yet, she never called the studio or even stopped in with her concerns for us to see it in personRather, she made an appointment for a second tattoo with the same artist on February 25, Just days after the first tattoo At the the second tattoo appointment no mention was made at all of the previous tattoo being infected, and in fact the artist, [redacted] , thought it looked fine but mentioned to her that it looked like it was healing slowly, which to our expertise would mean she wasn't caring for it properly The second tattoo appointment on February 25, was to begin a large koi fish design Money was a problem for her and she said she only had $to spend on this tattoo This left the tattoo in a very unfinished manner She was completely aware that it would take at least two more sessions at that amount ($120) to complete the tattoo, but agreed to proceed with the appointment that would only give her "the line work" and no filling in.Sometime later she gave our business a poor review on social mediaAgain, without contacting us in any way shape or form to say that she was dissatisfied She made absurd accusations on social mediaSaying that the artist was talking on his phone while he was gloved and that she had lots of other tattoos from other businesses and never had trouble with themIf she was so unhappy with the first tattoo that she feels became infected, then why did she schedule a second tattoo with the same artist?I recently heard from her through emailShe demanded that we return her money or touch up the tattoo that she feels became infected I told her that we always stand behind our tattoo work at this studio, but that she had made things so difficult by going on a rampage without even contacting us first, that no artist in this studio will work on her for fear of her making accusations of becoming infected Likewise, I will not refund her moneyShe paid an artist for services rendered and if she was unhappy with that tattoo then she NEVER should have come back for a second within a two week time period. This woman is not stable and is not allowed in my business ever againShe is merely looking to get tattoos for free Skin Prints is a long term running business, since 1994, and it is not in my best interest to make clients angry But, what I know of dealing with the public, is you can't please everyone I just try to protect my business as best I can from people like herSincerely, [redacted] Owner-Skin Prints Studio

The woman that made this claim, [redacted], has been in the most polite way I can describe, a very difficult client.  Angie first came into our tattoo studio for a tattoo of her child's foot print and name on her forearm on February 11, 2015.   This is the tattoo that she is...

claiming  had become infected.  Yet, she never called the studio or even stopped in with her concerns for us to see it in person. Rather, she made an appointment for a second tattoo with the same artist on February 25, 2015.  Just 14 days after the first tattoo.  At the the second tattoo appointment no mention was made at all of the previous tattoo being infected, and in fact the artist, [redacted], thought it looked fine but mentioned to her that it looked like it was healing slowly, which to our expertise would mean she wasn't caring for it properly.  The second tattoo appointment on February 25, 2015 was to begin a large koi fish design.  Money was a problem for her and she said she only had $120 to spend on this tattoo.  This left the tattoo in a very unfinished manner.  She was completely aware that it would take at least two more sessions at that amount ($120) to complete the tattoo, but agreed to proceed with the appointment that would only give her "the line work" and no filling in.Sometime later she gave our business a poor review on social media. Again, without contacting us in any way shape or form to say that she was dissatisfied.  She made absurd accusations on social media. Saying that the artist was talking on his phone while he was gloved and that she had lots of other tattoos from other businesses and never had trouble with them. If she was so unhappy with the first tattoo that she feels became infected, then why did she schedule a second tattoo with the same artist?I recently heard from her through email. She demanded that we return her money or touch up the tattoo that she feels became infected.  I told her that we always stand behind our tattoo work at this studio, but that she had made things so difficult by going on a rampage without even contacting us first, that no artist in this studio will work on her for fear of her making false accusations of becoming infected.  Likewise, I will not refund her money. She paid an artist for services rendered and if she was unhappy with that tattoo then she NEVER should have come back for a second within a two week time period. This woman is not stable and is not allowed in my business ever again. She is merely looking to get tattoos for free.  Skin Prints is a long term running business, since 1994, and it is not in my best interest to make clients angry.  But, what I know of dealing with the public, is you can't please everyone.   I just try to protect my business as best I can from people like her. Sincerely, [redacted]Owner-Skin Prints Studio
