The initial repair to the cuckoo clock was done on our repair order dated 9/10/The clock was brought back to us on 10/29/and the customer's problem was solvedOn 10/17/the clock was returned to us with a different problem Even though the warranty period on the repair ended in January of we again corrected the problem the customer was having with the clock at no cost to the customerThe Cuckoo clock warranty is clearly stated on our receipts as daysWe take a great deal of pride in honoring our warranty that we provide our customersI was not aware of any other problem that the customer was having until I received your letterI do believe that our company has lived up to our obligation to this customer, as we try to do with all our customersI only wish that the customer had contacted us as to these new problemsSincerely, Kenneth S

Revdex.com spoke to Kenneth at business and the following was relayed: We were never informed there was another issue until the Revdex.com complaint was receivedWe took care of the customer for free for a year with a warranty of daysIf the customer will bring it in, we will look at it to identify what the issue might be

the repair ended in January of 2016 we again corrected the problem the customer was having with the clock at no cost to the customer. The Cuckoo clock warranty is clearly stated on our receipts as 120 days. We take a great deal of pride in honoring our warranty that we provide our customers. I was not aware of any other problem that the customer was having until I received your letter. I do believe that our company has lived up to our obligation to this customer, as we try to do with all our customers. I only wish that the customer had contacted us as to these new problems.
