I had an incident occur with my vehicle being towed by About Time Towing, LLC Joe D [redacted] and his driver stepped up to the plate to make the situation right They acted professionally and treated me very respectfully In the future, I will recommend these guys Thanks again

Here is a long story, but for a good reason
Middle of the night and I get into a car accidentI called a towing company, because regardless my car was going to have to be towed anywaysIt was undriveableI looked up a towing company near me and this company appearedSo I call them up and explain the situationNow keep in mind I said middle of the night, o clock to be exactThey agree to take care of the situation and have it delivered around 3pmMultiple calls and conversations are happening and they seemed to busy to careThe driver unfortunatley wasnt able to drop my vehicle at an apartment complex, but I had another home right next doorInstead the driver said he cant do that he apologizes but he has a list that needs to get done and hung upSo because he was too busy, he ended up going back to the yard, unloading my car, and then also charging me another fee on top because it was brought backWhen originally I was told it would be less than thatLong story short I called the company and spoke about my concern to a guy who was unreasonable, rude, unhelpful in every aspect, used foul language and even called namesAnd guess who he was? The manager/the owner, the one who is running a such * *** *** of a towing companyAnd thats why I will never refer them
Although, I do have to admit the owner, Joe, picked a hell of a name for his companyBecause its 830, and I still dont have my car
Once I get it though, it'll be ABOUT TIME!

Middle of the night and I get into a car accident. I called a towing company, because regardless my car was going to have to be towed anyways. It was undriveable. I looked up a towing company near me and this company appeared. So I call them up and explain the situation. Now keep in mind I said middle of the night, 3 o clock to be exact. They agree to take care of the situation and have it delivered around 3pm. Multiple calls and conversations are happening and they seemed to busy to care. The driver unfortunatley wasnt able to drop my vehicle at an apartment complex, but I had another home right next door. Instead the driver said he cant do that he apologizes but he has a list that needs to get done and hung up. So because he was too busy, he ended up going back to the yard, unloading my car, and then also charging me another 250 fee on top because it was brought back. When originally I was told it would be less than that. Long story short I called the company and spoke about my concern to a guy who was unreasonable, rude, unhelpful in every aspect, used foul language and even called names. And guess who he was? The manager/the owner, the one who is running a such [redacted] of a towing company. And thats why I will never refer them.

Jay is the best tow truck driver ever. He handled my car with care and fast service

My vehicle's roadside assistance program dispatched About Time Towing to my location, and they quoted 20-30 minutes till arrival. After that long, I called the company and the estimate was extended to 1-1/2 hours. After waiting more than that, I called again to ask why it was taking so long - the man made excuses and basically didn't care that his drivers were taking too long, and then he hung up on me. Sad that businesses don't understand customer service.

Was given a 2 hour wait time. When they didn't show up we called back and they claimed they never got the call. They said it would be another hour. We finally had to cancel. Called the next day. Was given a 90 minute wait. Almost 2 hours and no tow truck. Called back and we were told that they were busy and it would be like another hour. 3 hours later still no truck. Then got a call from the driver saying it would be another 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we get a call saying they can't come because it's in an apartment complex and they can't get a flat bed in here. If you can't maneuver a flat bed in an apartment complex then you shouldn't be driving a tow truck!!!!! HOURS AND HOURS OF OUR LIVES WASTED waiting for this company.

Juan from About Time Towing towed my stalled minivan. In my experience, tow truck drivers can have poor customer service and can treat vehicles like a rag doll. Not Juan! Great attitude and efficient!
