AFTER SPEAKING TO SEVERAL ASTRO REPS WHO INSISTED THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE RECORD OF PAYMENT. I VERIFIED MY BANK [redacted] THAT THE PAYMENTS DID GO OUT TO ASTRO, AND WAS TOLD BY ASTRO TO FAX MY ACCOUNT ACTIVITY. I FAXED THE FIRST FAX ON 7-8-15 DID NOT HEAR FROM ASTRO. 2ND FAX 8-12-15. WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO SHOW MY ACCOUNT BALANCE BEFORE AND AFTER PAYMENT. AT THIS POINT I AM NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH THIS PROCESS DUE TO PROTECTION OF MY FINANCIAL STABILITY AS A SENIOR CITIZEN. I MAINTAIN THAT IT IS IN MY BEST INTEREST TO PROTECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THE INFO SHOWING THAT PAYMENT DID GO OUT TO ASTRO SHOULD BE PROOF ENOUGH AND MY BALANCES SHOULD NOT BE OF ANY RELATIONSHIP TO THEIR PRIVILEDGED INFORMATION.
