This matter was resolved weeks ago [redacted] came into the store, picked out a fridge and it was delivered I don't believe he discussed this with [redacted] (I wouldn't talk to her much myself if I were him) as she is a very disrespectful and arrogant woman This matter was resolved before we got the initial letter in this matter, it was my belief that they would call and tell you themselves as honest people should do, but that's neither here nor there Thank you to the [redacted] who continues to be a decent organization in patiently handling some warranted and some plain out scandalous accusations against very busy business owners [redacted]

customer purchased a washer and dryer set and elected to get the "FREE Delivery" which is us getting the appliances from the store to your door not including bringing the appliances inside or installation which is an additional $50. This is posted on our store policies which a posted in
multiple places around the store as well as explained to the customer upon purchasing and is spelled out in all of our craigslist ads

Customer was given an electric lg dryer that was the same as the gas, she still complained (as we knew she would) so we also gave her $75 in store credit good for 1 year, she agreed.
