Review: My car died on Sunday 07-**-13 in there parking lot. I spoke to them and explained what was going on with my car .They looked at it on Monday, the mechanic thought it was a tune up, so he did that and an oil change. It did not fix the problem. As of Monday he had no idea what was wrong with my car. Today Tuesday 07-**-13 the mechanic didn't even bother to look at my car. I decided after 2 days to have it towed to another mechanics garage to have it looked. I don't feel that they should have charged what they did, but they wouldn't release my car till I paid. They did unnecessary work that did nothing fix the problem, with my car. They charged me over $350 for basically nothing that solved the problem. I shouldn't have to pay for work that was unnecessary and didn't solve my issues with my car.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in full.

Review: Tow company was called to tow vehicle by state troopers. The company above all auto repair was dispatched to tow vehicle. Vehicle was aproximately 4 miles from location and company would only accept cash or bring vehicle to shop and charge $150 a day storage. For the 4 miles they towed it they charged $216.00. The trooper recommend that we contact Revdex.com and put in complaint and and they removed them from tow list at station. The man who came in tow truck was very dirty and rude. Yes I understand this is a service co. But they do get in the vehicles and he was disgusting.Desired Settlement: I feel the amount charged for a 4 mile tow was complete highway robbery. I think a charge of $100 is sufficient as yes the vehicle did have to be towed. I would like a cash refund on $116 and a apology for how rude the driver was.
