Above All Equipment

Always good equipment. If I don’t hear about it I know it’s good! We’ve ordered 26 machines since 2014 (2020). I’ve bought millions worth of equipment in the past 40 years (GOD, I’m old)This is a good dealer to work with. Keith is a solid guy to work with. Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.#The units were delivered on July 13, They came in on a flat bed truck that was not dock rated and not a semi as they were suppose to He had us sign Bill of Lading before units could be off loaded and once they were, we noticed the units were not what we were suppose to get We immediately called Keith and went to voicemail, we noted all that was wrong on the ticket and asked the driver to sit tight Keith returned our call We had no return call and the truck driver took off when we went back out to see him The units had to be paid upfront which was paid on 6/22/& 6/24/15, If we had sent the units back, Keith would have had both units plus our payment so therefore we took the appropriate steps on getting with AAE to refund and have units picked up or repair the units as to what was told to us when purchasing We had contracts to our customers on these units and sold them as what we were told until the units arrived and found out they were not We placed numerous calls and emails to Keith regarding this and had no other choice but to bring them into conforming condition as stated to us by Keith.# [redacted] sent an email 7/& 7/to Keith following up on the non conforming units we received after we had not heard back from KeithSee attached Emails with dates and times # Please find attached invoices from AAE (Keith) stating what all units included New and refer to attachments #that described what each unit had missing and what was wrong The ANSI inspections is not a complete inspection unless the unit had a sticker and all forms completed and provided which non of the above were or have been received We also attached an email from Genie also stating the company was not factory authorized We are still requesting that AAE pay for the repairs that we had to make on these units to get them into conforming condition since they should have been delivered this way as we thought we had purchased Regards, [redacted]

have signed Bill Of Ladings, showing this forklift dealer recieved, inspected and ACCEPTED these machines MONTHS AGO *** responded to a quote with a full refurb with NEW: batteries tires decals ANSI and paint and control boxWe were going back and forth negotiated the deal via emaillI explained, for his budget, we would clean up the existing box and he agreed and accepted (see attached).These lifts were shipped out of Chicago and all work WAS performed by genie factory trained techniciansMachines did have current ANSI inspection performed before they were shipped"Data Tags" have no bearing on weather a lift is ANSI current or not Performance lift did contact at some point in July, I explained that all sales were final and we could not accept a return after the units were inspection and that bill of lading was signedPlease see the attached screenshots and photos of the machines so you can see that everything Im saying here is true
