Review: I have been waiting for a refund since April **, 2013. Although I was promised the refund on several occasions, I still have not received it.Desired Settlement: I would like my full refund of $169.00.

Response:
I paid in advance for a couples massage scheduled for April **, 2013. The day before the appointment (April **, 2013), I was involved in a major car accident. I had a family member call [redacted] the following day to explain what happened and was advised that I would not be charged for the appointment. On April **, 2013, I was fully charged for the massage. I then called and e-mailed [redacted] the following week and was promised a refund. I also faxed a copy of the police report. On May **, 2013, I followed up with [redacted] and sent him a second police report via e-mail. He then responded on June **, 2013 via e-mail that a refund would be sent to me that day. He now refuses to accept my calls or respond to my e-mails. To date, I have not received the refund.
