in our conversation explained the he and contractors and their employees have been in and out of the house periodically doing work over this time spanI explained that to much time has lapsed and that the warranty period was overI told him that no tools or bolts we necessary to remove or install the brackets and that they could have been taken off by anybody in that time frameI also asked him why he waited over months to call usHe said that they used the garage as storage for material for work being done in the houseI explained to *** that we would have to charge a service call to come out at this point, but that I would be happy to walk him through attaching the photo eyes back to the tracksHe stated that he already knew how and could but insisted we do itI finished the conversation by saying I would have to charge a fee it being almost two years after install

We have a signed work order from *** *** from 2/19/showing that *** was on sight when the door was installed and signed off that everything was in working orderOur first contact with *** *** was within a few days of receiving notice from the Revdex.com around 10/13/At that time we explained to him that he was out of warranty and that the part in question just snaps onWe explained if we came out we would have to charge a service charge that the warranty on labor expired after one year and we were at the month mark
