This pet was rushed to the vetI was told the pet had a cardiac arrest at which there is no cause for, this death was by "natural causes" and dogs this young can suffer from thisThere also were no signs of abuse.I have been trying to give Ms [redacted] her money back on several occasionsShe has gave me the run around and finally decided to goto court on this matterI am now waiting for the paperworkHer statements on my business are falseI have not had any other deaths in my care

I am rejecting this response because: My dog was a healthy dog and was groomed on a regular bases, my dog never had any heart conditions prior to her visit at Vanessa's Per ParadiseShe told me my dog was aggressive "when she got to her nails" my dog was never aggressive with anyoneShe was a very friendly, loving and well behaved dogShe was trained properly and had all her health maintenance up to dateShe has made threats to me over the phone after trying to give me my money backShe stated, "Nina you will regret this watch." I would have complied with meeting her to get my money back but since the threats were made I choose not to see her, I do plan on taking further action with this case, after this complaint is settledI personally am a business owner and you DO NOT make threats to customers regardless of the situation

I am rejecting this response because: even if my dog was marred that doesn't mean she should have been killedLike I said before my dog was a healthy dogI am not the only one who has had problems with herThere are many others who have came foward about her serviceShe should not be hurting dogs, this is a business, not a place where you pay someone to kill or harm your dog
