Contracted *** ,owner of Above All Pools, to install a new liner in our pool. Gave him a check on Jan 15, 2020 for &
$600.00 with the agreement that he would install as soon as weather permits. Balance of $375.00 due on installation. We have called him repeatedly and left both voice and text messages since January. He has returned a few calls with promises to install and never shows up nor answers the phone. We have left messages to refund our $600.00 or bring the pool liner to us with no results.
