I don't feel I shouldn't be held responsible for their change in plans without including me or contacting methey have my personal phone number Her Mother let me in when I came back on Saturdayand she was rude, swearing at me and told me that if I didn't do what the painter wanted then there was no point in me being there, I felt belittled and disrespected so I leftThat night I talked to home owners fiance and we made an appointment to be there [redacted] told me to come back on ThursdayI was more than willing to do the job and made arraignments to finish the sanding, they took it upon themselves to have the painter finish the sanding and now they want a refund? I feel they paid a third party breaching our contractI don't believe I owe them any money

This consumer is complaining about the ridge vent; it has nothing to do with the installation but he is upset with the waveHe wanted the plastic ridge ventI told him I prefer to use the mesh kind but he told me he used to be a contractor and
this is what he wanted so we gave him what he wantedHe asked me to come out and take a lookI've already been out thereHe calls from an unknown name/number and we have no way to call him backI have called the number we have on file and cannot get an answerIt is the product itself, plastic waves when it gets hotHe wants us to replace it but it is the product, not the installation
