Above All Termite & Pest Control LLC came to my home for a bed bug issueThe entire process was fast and effectiveMike the owner is a very friendly and hard working man, and he made it clear to us that we were welcome to contact him at any time with questions or concernsFrom the initial inspection, to treatment, to the followup inspection about two weeks later, Above All Pest Control was absolutely perfectWe have had zero problems since Mike and his team worked in our home, and we cannot thank them enoughThis company is one of the few honest companies left that truly care about their customersWe can't suggest them strongly enough

On September 2, 2016, I, *** *** owner of Triple B's BBQ was working in the kitchen when I began to hear a commotion from the front of the shop and was called by our cashier to assistIt was brought to my attention that there had been an
issue while the client (as requested by the sheet, her name shall not be stated) was trying to orderIt was hard to get a grasp on the current situation as she and her husband were already causing such a scene that it was difficult for the problem to be explainedI checked the register as she was forcing her phone into my face and rudely waving it saying she had been charged twiceI saw one charge for *** on the register and tried to explain to her that I did not see any other chargesShe continued to wave her phone sporadically in my face(And I mean literally in my faceI still find this action very unnecessary and highly offensive.) I looked on the phone the best I could as it was waving around, her not really giving me the opportunity to see what it said, but I could see that there was a charge next to our charge that said Do It BestI questioned it and she smirked to her husband "she can't read either." Yet another action I still find highly rude and insultingThat's when her husband put his hands up on his head and was loudly saying he hoped the food was worth ** dollars! I began to try and rectify the situation as soon as possible in hopes to please this couple and have them leave our establishment as to stop disturbing the other patronsI tried to refund the money initially by asking her to swipe her card again as I have seen that to be the process in other establishments and this was my first occurrence with something of this nature in situationI was more than willing to rectify the situation by not only refunding her money, but also intended to give them their order free of charge for their inconvenienceThis woman and her husband, however, were so rude, loud, and unforgiving toward an honest mistake, that I simply refunded the moneyWhen she proclaimed that she still was not happy I took an additional *** out of the register in cash and gave it to them in front of witnessesThis means that she not only received the *** refunded to her card, but also received the same amount in cash which totaled more than the original *** that she states she was charged firstHer claim to the Revdex.com implies that she spent *** on food and received nothingThis is not true, nor is it appreciatedIf this is the matter I would be happy to see proof from her banking establishment to be sure to settle this issue properlyHowever, the way I interpret it, she has actually profited at least *** from this situationI see we have a disagreement in how this situation played out, but I guarantee I did not state "no way" to her claim that it said Triple B'sI had and still have no intention of falsely charging or overcharging any of our customers, no matter their temperament or inability to properly handle a situationWhen she and her husband finally went to leave, she declared that she would be contacting the Revdex.comI encouraged it to be sure this situation could be properly rectified as I knew there would be no capability of dealing with this couple on a civil, personal mannerI apologize if this came across rude, however, it was how I felt the situation could be best taken care ofOnce they left, I apologized to the other shocked customers in the shop, who then turned around and apologized to me instead for the couple's behavior and that I had to deal with such a situation
As for her accusations on health code violations, I do not know her profession or her knowledge of the ServSafe regulations but I would like to know what infractions she has seen that we have doneIf she does not have proof of any, nor has knowledge of what does and doesn't qualify as a health code violation, I will consider this extreme slander and would request that she not lie in reports that should be taken very seriouslyI'm sorry if I made her to feel of a liar (according to her complaint) however, these accusations are inexcusable and does not help her credibilityTriple B's BBQ, however, has been inspected by the board of health multiple times in the last few months, all with no infractions, and therefore we will keep our credibility for quality prepared foodIf these slanderous accusations continue, we may be forced to take additional legal actions
I and the rest of the Triple B's staff are more than happy to cooperate in any additional way that may need to be taken to rectify this situationWe have a strong connection in our community and intend to keep it soWe do, however, ask this couple to refrain from ever returning to our establishment as to keep a pleasant and professional environment that we feel our customers deserve

I am only accepting the lies the owner is telling because I want to move on with my lifeI don't care about this business the employee told me to check my bank and I was double charged the owner is rude and Leeds the money more than I and I did not get food paid *** I wish you the best of luck and no we will never be back oh there were two people in there one guy waiting for food and got it and left other guy was finished and had already leftIt was not busy on there
You told me to file a complaint therefore I did you told me to get in touch with bank I didYou will not prosper with your tales

My wife and I are starting our third season with "Above All Termite & Pest Control,LLC," and I can say without equivocation that we have yet to experience any pest problems in the house or in the yard area. Prior to this we had yearly problems with ants and wasps. NO MORE! [redacted] and [redacted] are very responsive to the clients' needs.

Very professional! The price was great! They got rid of my problem right away hassle free definatly would recommend Above All to anyone.
