Courteous and professional, Michael came right away when we didn’t have hear. He fixed the boiler, and took the time to explain what was wrong. I have never found a plumber I like or trust, until now. I highly recommend

Has to be the biggest scammer company I have ever encountered. I was told it would be $185 for the service. I set up an appointment for a routine service and make arrangements for someone to be home, I get a cancellation call, a nursing home has no heat(I get it things happen). I set up another day this time I had to take off work to be there. Again I get another cancellation same excuse as the week before, a nursing home has no heat. I think this nursing home should get a new plumber. This must be their go to excuse to cancel because who could be upset that the elderly do not have heat. Again I understand things happen but I took off work to be there so I was told I would be “taken care of” on the bill. My third appointment was set for Monday (MLK day) morning at 6 am (they chose this time not me) they chose Monday because they said they had another service in my area. Service guy comes (mike) he is late but hey it happens. He is in and out in 10 minutes. Now it’s time for the bill. The bill is greater than what I was originally quoted for so I ask for some clarification. I was told I was not being charged a travel fee (was never disclosed that I would be charged one in the first place) and I was not being charged for coming early at 6 am (they chose that time). So if you want to get overcharged only to tell them they took off phantom charges to make you feel better then Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating Corp. is the place for you. Seriously just YouTube it yourself if you have to and avoid this place at all costs.
was referred to Above and Beyond Plumbing & Heating Corp. by the manufacturer of his heating unit. Embassy Boiler Manufacturer recommends our company for service and repair because our teams are highly trained and carry most parts for this style of wall-mount Embassy Boiler. *** called with the complaint that the heating unit was not working properly and he could not get the unit to heat over 65 degrees. We explained our service rates at the time of the initial phone call as $185/hour and also told *** that the service call must be paid upon completion, same day/COD. *** agreed to to terms of the service price and proceeded to inform us that his house was under construction and that there were no occupants in the building. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were required to cancel the appointments due to high-emergency service calls. It is noteworthy that *** was informed of the cancellations in a timely fashion, therefore, his claim of not being informed properly and in sufficient time is unfounded. We agreed to an appointment on January *** 2019 at 6 am. Please note that our Company does not charge an additional fee for the early-morning appointment, in fact we appreciated the fact that we were able to gain early morning access to the premises. *** is not being truthful when he states that we charged him for an early-morning appointment. At approximately 6 am our service technician proceeded to examine the malfunctioning unit and determined that it needed adjustments and reprogramming. The proper adjustments and re-programming were made and the technician left the unit working properly. Unfortunately, our office was not open at the time the service was rendered therefore we could not take ***'s credit card information for the COD service call. *** was sent the invoice via email and we attempted to contacted him several times via phone and email for payment. We called and re-emailed the invoice with no response. After our many attempts *** finally answered our call and complained about the price of the invoice. We decided to take a 10% discount so that we would be paid for the services rendered. We then sent *** a revised invoice and waited several weeks again, sending additional emails and phone calls for payment. During all of these communications not once did *** complain about the service to the unit, his only complaint was paying the bill. Please note that our initial fee of $185 was reduced to $162 without NYC sales tax, see attached invoices. It is our belief that *** is retaliating by complaining to the Revdex.com in the hope that his money will be refunded. Again, please note that the service was rendered to *** and it is only fair that payment for the services are paid. We are an upstanding company and it is outrageous that such a claim is filed against us. Let the record show that we deny all claims that *** has made in his claim to the Revdex.com.
