Review: Above ground swimming pool liner was not installed properly. Liner came out of track as the pool was being filled. Above and Beyond Pools did not use all of the liner bead that was supplied by me. Liner bead was not pushed down in track. I basically had to dissemble the pool rails and re-install liner into track as well as install liner bead. Paid $550 cash for install
Above and Beyond Pools will not return my calls.Desired Settlement: Above and Beyond Pools refund all or partial payment $550 cash

Review: I purchased a pool from [redacted] Pools in [redacted], PA on 6/27/2014. The installation was contracted out to Above & Beyond Pools by [redacted] Pools. Based on a written contract I received from Above & Beyond Pools the installation was not to require Excavation, however I was billed a total of $1055.00 to be paid on Monday, July 21st in 2 separate Money Orders or Certified Checks. On Monday, July 21st the sand was delivered by [redacted] by 8:20am. Later on that day, the installation crew from Above & Beyond arrived to begin the install, however, the crew noticed that the ground had not been excavated, the installation had to be delayed until a future time. I was not told what the future date or time was nor given a telephone number to call to get additional assistance. On Tuesday, July 22nd, I began calling Above & Beyond Pools at 9:00am. I had to leave several voicemail messages but did not receive a return call. I eventually called [redacted] Pools and asked them to contact Above & Beyond on my behalf because contractually if they arrive and I am not home they can charge me additional money, however they are not obligated to tell me what time they are coming or have me on the schedule, even if they are the reason why the installation did not happen on the contracted date. No one offered me any discounts or any services were provided to make up for the mistake/oversight.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate hearing from the company directly and offered a billing discount due to the error. Above & Beyond Pools never offered an installation time nor confirmed what needed to be done prior to the installation. I spoke with someone who told me that I would need to provide 2 money orders / certified checks and to ensure that the pool is delivered prior to the install date and well as the water that needs to be added, however, no one provided a detailed checklist. Above & Beyond has very poor customer service, and as opposed to charging customers for everything that could go wrong on the consumer side, provide some discount if the delay is purely the fault of Above & Beyond.
