Above Average Landscapes did a wonderful job for us We hired them to pave our front driveway and backyard pool area I would not hesitate to use them again and in fact have referred them to several friends and family members who hired them and were just as satisfied with their work as we were They were professional and finished the project before their scheduled deadline Their prices are better than all the competitors we contacted and their work is superior to the pictures we viewed on other competitor websites

Hired AAL for a small project at first - paved my lanai They did such a great job that I had them do front entrance and driveway as well Extremely satisfied with the job, looks great and referred them to my neighbors who are jealous of my curb appeal I shopped around a lot and their prices are best I found

This company is anything but Above AverageYou can not rely on anything the owner saysAfter soliciting several companies we chose Above Average since he did some prior work for us yrs agoSince then his company and his reliability has changedWe signed the contract in April and it is now mid September and we are still trying to get our paver driveway put in(which is only a day job) They have had our driveway/walkway torn up for weeksThey come and work about one hour a day and they come without the proper tools to do their jobWe have talked with the owner on many occasions only to receive one lie after anotherIf you hire this company you are sure to be disappointed

Above Average Landscapes LLC is unlicense/uninsured and the work is below Industry standards This business is operated by John S*** who has a rooster attitude and feel he is the best paver layer but the quality S NOT there and refuses to take appropriate action to resolve the issue
My experience with Above average landscapes is not too good He busted my driveway, busted my Irrigation System, and damaged my garage screens tracks

They were referred to me by a golf buddy I saw how nice his job turned out and hired them to do my pool area Very pleased with the job the did Will use in future for front of home
