Review: The said company 'Above & Average" charge as a fee of $ 35 dollar for giving me a customer service job but they did not. It seems to me that the company is a fraud company. Therefore, I want my money back. ThanksDesired Settlement: I need my money back.

when I called we spoke about the job, but I had to pay for a license before getting the job.I paid for the classes, which I completed, and had to wait upto 6 weeks for my license.It's been 2 months and I haven't received anything.I tried calling the company and now their number has been disconnected.Desired Settlement: WHAT I REALLY WANT IS THEM TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO NOT JUST ME, BUT TO EVERYONE ELSE THEY DID IT TO.TIMES ARE HARD FINANCIALLY SO A COMPANY COULD COME AND SCAM YOU.

Review: Above Average llc, stated at the time of interview (interviewed by [redacted]) giving them $35.00 for a background check I was guaranteed a job as an administrative asst. starting at $11.00 an hour. I was told I would begin training the following Saturday 09-**-13 my interview was on 09-**-13. I was told I would receive an email stating if my background check was clear. I did not receive an Email so I called the company the following day. [redacted] was not in the office at the time of the call, I spoke with a young lady whom told me they were still interviewing people and there was no training class. After speaking to several people I learned you were not suppose to pay for a background check that it was the company's responsibility. I feel I was scammed out of my funds.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds returned to me

This is on behalf of complaint [redacted], there's nothing I can do for this person! My staff covered everything well, this person feels that because I charge for a background check I'm a scam, ha that means the govt is to they charge for applications, and for the record I had to pay for a mass background check company priorer to charging my clients that did all my screenings for me which cost me a lot more than $35 which is pretty cheap if you ask me to verify people I don't even know asking me to hire them! I'm a small business and I can't pay for everyone that comes for employment background check I'm sorry I'm there to make a profit for the business they sign the consent form and received a copy.
