I would like to apologize for the unsatisfactory interaction that Mr*** had with one of my call center staff. The person that Mr*** spoke with is a seasonal, temporary employee that had just joined our company and should have known that we warranty all the parts for our heaters for
one year and this should have been covered under that warranty. I have spoken with the employee, reviewed our warranty policies and instructed the employee on how to better interact with our customers on the phone Our call center team lead left a voice mail message for Mr*** on Monday, November informing him that we would warranty his drain plug and get it out at no cost to him. That day we sent three plugs via FedEx to the address that was provided in the complaint.
