I contracted with *** *** from Above & Beyond Landscaping in Shelton The agreement was PrePay for lawn cuts at $each, receive 5th cut free I also prepaid $for Preen and weeding I paid at the beginning of August/ He came the first weeks to cut(not completing the cuts, but he came) I never received the 5th cut! He stopped coming and never preen'd or weeded I asked for a refund of $for the preen and weeding he never did While he agreed, he doesn't answer his calls and ignores my texts All I want is the refund he agreed upon (which I have in a text)
