I was initially hesitant to go with a company that was not accepting credit cards, but after meeting with [redacted] and reviewing comments from multiple sites, I found myself trusting my gut and going with Above & Beyond. I'm so glad I did as I couldn't be happier with the entire process. [redacted] and his team kept me informed of the process step by step, and was a phone call away if I had questions. But, even more importantly, the pool resurfacing and cooldeck remodel was a huge success and our pool is beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone. They really did a great job and [redacted] even took the time to do a walk through after the job was done to ensure I was happy.

Our pool resurfacing and new travertine deck turned out beautiful and we have received so many compliments and have been able to refer multiple neighbors, friends and family to them as well. We made several changes to the original plan along the way and [redacted] was very understanding and patience with us. He did not try to pressure us to do any add-ons that we didn't want or need. They kept us informed during each step of the process and finished on-time. We were swimming in the pool on Labor Day, just as planned. We had a small glitch on our flagstone deck and I was amazed at how quickly they rectified the issue to our satisfaction. Our family and friends cannot believe how beautiful the pool turned out beings the pool is over 30 years old. What a transformation! In my position as President of the Vincenz Homeowners Association Board of Directors, I have the responsibility of overseeing the management of our community in Gilbert. We recently had the need to resurface the community pool on our property.

We received three quotes and ultimately choose Above and Beyond Pool Remodeling to do the job. Their pricing was extremely competitive. I was very impressed after my initial meeting with Mike Sandoval. I had lots of questions and Mike answered every one. His experience, and attention to detail, was very impressive. Mike gave me the time line of three weeks for the job to be completed and true to his word the job was completed in less than three weeks. His workers were great and his clean up crew was great too. I was extremely impressed with the end results and we now have a beautiful pool that looks like new. I would definitely recommend Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling.

When we met with the owner of the company at our home he was very cordial and helpful. We wanted to resurface a ten foot diameter water feature in our backyard. He explained that fiberglass would be our best option, for appearance and durability. We were able to see samples of what we wanted and review the procedure with the applications manager. The work went as outlined in our contract and when completed they returned to finish the fiberglass work which looks like granite in appearance and stayed to assure the water properly flowed from the water fall into the pond. They assured that their work area was properly cleaned. Very well coordinated job and effort.

we had Above & Beyond Pool Remodeling redo our pool and our decking and we could not be more pleased with the staff and the workers, our pool looks beautiful! I would defiantly recommend them to my family and friends.

My wife and I just recently had some remodeling of our pool done that included travertine on our patio and abutting to the existing pool deck; sanding and applying acrylic lace to the existing pool deck; and leveling a rounded lip to which travertine was also applied. Michael was very open during our initial conversations and supplied several different samples of the products he uses for us to choose from. We also had a small re-bar leak in our pebble tech pool which we wanted repaired. Michael suggested that we place a mosaic figure in the spot where the repair was to take place as it would be difficult to get an exact match between the new pebble tech and the existing surface. This turned out to be an excellent idea and it work well as we now have a sea turtle imbedded in our pool floor. Our pool and patio area look wonderful now. The work was professional, we had great communication throughout the project and the cost was about $1K less that other bids. WE were told it would take 3-4 weeks to complete which it did. I am thankful for there was no rush on part of the crew to get done quickly. I recommend this company for similar pool work.

As a community manager for a higher end condo complex I want to thank Above and Beyond for their excellent work and most importantly the attention to detail. I have many homeowner who expect perfection as do I and can tell you they delivered on all sides of the spectrum. They finished ahead of schedule and even did extra work which was "above and beyond" their contract.

Above and beyond pool remodeling were exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a company which provided excellent service for a good value. Michael S[redacted], the owner, was wonderful. His family has been in the pool remodeling business for years, and Michael grew up in the business, which shows in his knowledge of the industry. I knew what I wanted, and Michael did not try to push anything unneeded on me.

My main concern was getting quality workmanship for a fair price, and That is exactly what I got. They started exactly on the date that they stated they would, and showed up every day and when they were expected as well. The foreman and front office were very good at communicating with me, which is very important. They were a few small miscommunications, but they were easily and quickly resolved by the foreman to my satisfaction.

I have the interior of my pool redone with the mini pebble, and decided to have the tile removed and replaced which look beautiful. I also have the entire cold out including the cool deck underneath our patio replaced and it looks great as well. The workers were very professional and efficient, and cleaned up after themselves very well.

Overall if you're looking for a quality pool remodel at a reasonable price, I can't see you going wrong with Above and Beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I had another pool to remodel.

Above and Beyond were exceptional. We received very high quality work at thousands of dollars less than the other 3 companies we looked at. Troy who did the appraisal was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Throughout the job the communication was excellent, the job was done on schedule, any hit cups were immediately resolved. Fernando the sup and his crew were all very polite, helpful, very knowledgeable and did a very good job of cleaning up after themselves.
