Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I submitted this complaint in June after the sequence of events of delays The install was never said to be subcontracted out I did reply timely and have the emails that said a check for $was in the mail and my deposit was refunded to my cc the cc was refunded but no check ever received and YES I am seeking that check due to the fact of losing sand that was purchased and for the troubles and delaysThe emails and confirmations on the refund were 5/17/17, I gave it a month before filing my complaint Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] asked me If we would install her used ag pool back in Feb. 2017 and we originally said yes and then our installer became busy. [redacted] chose not to do business with us after first telephone conversation. We could not for fill her used pool install in a timely manor and we reached out and told...
her so. We were honest and transparent. Letting [redacted] know that our newly contracted installer was behind and that it would take a few weeks. [redacted] decided to find another installer. She then contacted our installer and he told her the same thing. She kept calling us and continually stating our original "yes to installing her used pool". We tried to expedite her install and she was to be installed in a few weeks if she wanted. She said no and looked around as she didn't want to do business with us. We refunded her deposit and stated if she wanted we would help out with 300$ towards any unforeseen expenses. She did not get back to us on this in any timely mater. I see this complaint and see she is asking for 300$ now months later. We would have cut her a check months ago if she let us know she encountered any unexpected expenses. She was installed and the installer supplies sand. I am sure the installer would have used the sand already on site. Doesn't matter we are willing to help with [redacted]'s unexpected expenses. We feel she was treated fairly and also feel she did not encounter any extra expenses outside of having to wait. If [redacted] is asking for 300$ still? We will be more than happy to cut her a check. We have done everything we could to help her get used pool installed in a timely manor and she was installed.
