I show we set up for a FedEx return label to be emailed to the customer on 12/(today) so he should have received this today; however, I have gone ahead and issued a refund for the defective item as well as the original shipping fee for the inconvenience for a total of $

K [redacted] was added to our mailing removal list on 2/16/When we add customers to our mail removal lists, we explain that they will indeed receive a few more catalogs from us in the months to come since we pre-print our catalogs for the seasonThis is not uncommon that she received another catalog less than a month after she'd been added to our mail removal listI have also added her to our 'urgent' do not mail and 'do not rent' lists so that once the catalog cease, she should never receive a future catalog

I spoke with [redacted] on 4/7/15, and we were unaware that she didn't receive the cashmere sweater in question so that's why we hadn't issued a refundThis has since been refunded to her and her refunds are completeThank you

This customer only emailed us and did not leave any voicemails asking us to call him back. We emailed him back explaining that one of the items he ordered was on back order, and since he placed his order on our website, this would have been viewed while he was placing the order. Any back
order dates appear in orange writing on our site once you click on the item/size/color as well as on the checkout page before you enter your credit card information to pay for the order. We also send order confirmations via email stating 'in stock' items and 'back ordered' items on this confirmation.We did in fact reply to this customer via email cancelling his back order as he had requested, and we even took it a step further and refunded his total shipping fees as a customer courtesy. There was one 'in stock' item that was shipped in his order, but we refunded the shipping fees for this item as well, and gave him free use of the provided return/exchange label in case he needs to return this item. We tried to satisfy this customer 100%

I am rejecting this response because:The business did not in fact reply to a voicemail I left, lied, and has not explained at all what charges are being refundedI have not received the apology and these are arrogant and nasty people to do business withI wish this to be noted on their Revdex.com recordThey have not "tried to satisfy" in the slightest and continue their bad behavior with obfuscation

This customer chose UPS ground for his order and not UPS day mail. The package is out for delivery today, and I left him a voicemail about this as well. I did refund his original shipping fee as a customer courtesy. I have also noted not to charge him for the use of the provided return/exchange...

label that will be in his package if he wants to return the merchandise for a refund.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused with C2C, and we have tried our best to satisfy this customer.  If he ever wants to try us again, we'd be happy to give him free shipping and free use of our provided return/exchange label.

I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to be informed of the amount of the refund and the types refunded.  In future I will deal with a reputable mail order house. 3.5 out of 5 is not good enough, apparently.

I have added this customer to the 'Urgent Do Not Mail' and 'Do Not Rent' files. She was already on our 'Do Not Mail' file. I have also forwarded her request and emails directly to our marketing partner that uploads these files for our catalog mailings. I have responded to her in the process as...

well.
