At the last minute prior to installing attic insulation in our home I asked if additional work could be done The office told them to go ahead and do everything on the same day; otherwise the additional work would have meant postponing the insulation--great customer service! After completing their work JR and Kevin showed me the completed projects and explained everything they did, they answered all of my questions, and afterwards they cleaned the job site thoroughly We are very pleased with them and Plainum Exteriors
