Above the Mess Cleaning

This is in response to *** complaintWhen you called initially to schedule your cleaning *** I explained to you exactly what the coupon was aboutIt was for the first hour of house cleaning on the 3rd cleaning after that it is regular rate of $per hour ( discounting you
$50.00) The reason the crew leader was confused is because she had just recently become a team leader and was confused about the procedureWhen you did text me about this confusion I replied IMMEDIATELY and asked what you meant as your text wasnt clear it basically said I LIED and you never wanted to use my service again....! I have been in business for almost years and I know I explained to you how the procedure worksI explain to everyoneI think maybe you were just filled with alot of other information I was telling you that you forgot the details of the couponI wouldnt be in business if I didnt honor my coupons ( which you did use) Had you given me a chance to explain things better by responding I certainly would have done soAs I am not willing to refund the $I would like to offer you a gift card for Restaurant.com for $for your troublesPlease understand I am not in business to "rob" anybody by any meansI am sure this is a misunderstanding I have over customers on my schedule right now that have all used the same coupon not to mention 100s of others in the pastI merely do it on the third cleaning because I would like to give my crews an opportunity to show you what we can do! Please let me know if you would like for me to get the gift card out to you and I apologize for this misunderstanding Please know tho I did tell you about the procedure I just dont want any negative feelings Thank you
