This company is among the worst I've ever dealt withWe needed a simple repair on an ovenThey've been to my home times and have still not completed the repair Their last visit resulted in a visit by the gas company, fire department and police department, due to excessive carbon monoxide emissions from another poor and unsuccessful repair If not for the CO detectors in the house my family and I would be dead!!!
This business can not resolve the issue with my appliance for months, they are extremely uncooperative with service hours, refusing to provide time of service until the very date of serviceAfter visits with their technician and two days of missed work for me, I was finally told that I need new parts, that they will be ordered and should arrive within daysTwo weeks later I called the company and was told that they will get more information about the order and get back to meA week passed and, having not heard from them, I called againAt this point I was told to call the insurance company myself and find out about the parts order statusAfter I dared to suggest that "Above the Rest" should be following up on that- I was screamed at by "office manager"I made the call to insurance company's line - that was dedicated for "servicers"- which clearly should have been "Above the Rest" and found out that my order was approved weeks ago"Above the Rest" just never bothered to pick up the phone and follow up on the issueI have never come across such ineptness combined with poor customer service and rudeness
