I am still waiting for a resolution to this problem with my chimneyI get promised that the Masons will come over and my chimney but so far they have not come throughI was told that tomorrow, Sunday 5/**/2014 they will come over and do the jobI am not counting on this to happenIf by any chance they do come tomorrow and the job I will let the Revdex.com know

Review: Final work preformed is not what was originally requested and agreed to. The finished workmanship is poor. The first attempt to repair was abandoned due to company's employee inexperience. Second repair preformed by same employee. Same materials were reused in second attempt to repair. Repair attempt is of poor visual and quality workmanship.Desired Settlement: Please request that a business owner review be conducted at repair location at day and time of customers choosing and repairs completed properly or deposit of $100 be returned.

Review: This company has called me more than once. The first time the woman rudely told me to put my parents on the phone and I am the homeowner. Then when I told her I wasn't interested she told me it's not about being interested it's about being safe. When I told her I use a different company she hung up on me without saying anything else. I called back, after finding their contact info, because the initial call was from a private caller. I complained and asked to be taken off their list. They called again tonight and said, hellllo?! In a message. I am also on the do not call list. I can't believe this company survives with such rude customer service.Desired Settlement: I want this company to take me off their call list and to NEVER contact me again.

Review: A woman from this company called March [redacted] around 6:30; my wife answer the phone and she start talking about maintenance on the chimney and monoxide alarm that has to be done every year and is require by the Fire Department; when I got on the phone she start with the same line; I ask her why she keeps mentioning the Fire Department if she is an independent company; she hang up on me; I called the number and she answered I told her why she keeps calling and mentioning that has to be done for $25; when everybody know that is an scam; is no way a company will clean your chimney with 2 guys for $25; she hang up again.

I want this company to stop calling my home; specially when we have kids and having dinner; been aggravated when a family is eating dinner is very upsetting.

I know we are not the only ones getting this unscrupulous calls at home. I want a [redacted] or [redacted] to train their employees not to harass people and use the Fire Department on the phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want this company to stop calling us and the woman that called my home and harass us to stop calling and mocking us because if we have and accent and English is our second language that doesn't mean were stupid and will agree $25 maintenance when it will become in a hundreds of dollars.

Review: We used this co. 6-**-2011 to install a new liner for our boiler chimney,with a lifetime warranty on the liner kit and 10 YEAR CLEANING VIP PROGRAM. The first cleaning was done 8-**-2012 after numerous calls for scheduling. This year I have been calling since 5-**-2013. Finally an appointment was set up for 7-**-2013 9am to 11am, [redacted] was supposed to confirm the day before, she did not, I called 11:30;2pm;4;30pm when no one came, with no response. All I want is what was given to me in the contract,I have my yellow copy,with the description, or if they are unable to uphold what was written then reimburse us for the remainder of the contract i.e. approximately $50.00 x 9Yrs = $450.00 and I will hire another co. for the cleaning, but, I will still hold them to the LIFETIME WARRANTY ON LINER KIT.Desired Settlement: To keep their part of the contract in a timely manner. The installer [redacted] had said at the time we signed the contract that a post card would be sent to us to inform us of the date for cleaning, we have never received any notification and I am constantly leaving messages on their three phone numbers' with no response. If they think that it is not worth they time or effort to come to do the contract cleaning for the remaining 9 years then reimburse us and we will hire another co. for that.

Review: Got a cold call for a chimney cleaning and accepted the rate they gave us since we recently bought our home and never had the chimney cleaned , [redacted] ( the [redacted] and [redacted]r) came on sunday feb *,2014 to clean our chimney when they got to the top of the house they noticed my bricks were coming off my chimney and proceeded to tell my husband and I that our chimney was collapsed and they needed to see the inside to see how much further damage there was , well thats just what we did , my husband led them into the basement and they said all this shoot has no where to go because there is a blockage in the chimney and gas fumes ( we have gas in our home not oil) were not going up chimney just into our home causing carbon monxide to get into my house, well I started crying because we have two small children and by small I mean 18 month old and a 2 month old . We said how can we fix this he told us we needed a special lining system to put inside the chimney orginal cost went from $3400.00 all the way to $2565.00 and we asked if they took credit cards he said yes but needed $400.00 in cash to pay his worker . so thats just what we did because we were so scared for our lives and our childrens . they did put the lining inside the chimney and than said they would come back to do the mason work and cap the top of the chimney another time. When they left, they lied they are not licensed for chimney repairs and are not NAFP certified and we have a sales receipt we looked up everything and they told us was a complete lie. they have two address for place of business one is a home my husband even went to the east meadow location today feb **,2014 to discuss how they did this to us and there was no company at that location or any trucks in the lot that he said he has five trucks to . We got a second opinion today feb **,2014 and the chimney co we used this time was recommened by the town we live in and that company said this work was all unnessary in fact our chimney was not collapsing and we did not have to do any of this work .,Now the other chimney company has to fix this mans mistakes and make sure he installed it properlyDesired Settlement: I am asking for a refund of my $400.00 I paid in cash and to refund me the $2165 on my credit card and to never hear from them again they are scam artists . Now I owe a real company $750 plus tax to fix the errors he caused . all this work was not needed I want to be fully refunded and the fact that he used my childrens lives as a endangerment is just heartbreaking. I dont want this to happen to anyone

Review: The work on my chimney was done incorrectly, the company was supposed to build up the bricks on the chimney to the original height and that was not done. Also the masons did a very bad job with the bricks and mortar and used whatever bricks that they had in their truck. The job was not done well at all.Desired Settlement: This was a cold call from this company and I learnt my lesson. All I want is the job completed to my satisfaction and to the way the chimney's height and brick work was done originally.

Review: This company took advantage of my elderly mother. They were aggressive in their sales pitch and talked my mother into letting them do unnecessary. Not even sure they actually did the work they claimed to have done in their invoice. They claimed she needed work on her "titling" chimney, which she did not. The chimney was not tilting nor did the chimney need any work done to it. They claimed to have removed blockages from the chimney, which there weren't any blockages. They purportedly installed a new liner kit, which we had installed by another company the year before for a third of the price this company charged. They completely took advantage of an elderly woman and fraudulently charged my mother $6,500 for work that the chimney did not need and can't be sure they performed. This is an example of a business taking advantage of the elderly and they must be stopped,

We would like a refund back to the credit card they charged or at the very lease a partial refund for overpriced work. I do not wish for this company to contact us in the future. Take our telephone number off you list of cold calls.[redacted]

Review: This company continues to call my home despite the fact that I am on the federal Do Not Call Registry. I have asked them to remove me from their calling lists; they said I must provide them with my name and address in order to do so which is fishy to me. They have called me twice in the last month since this request and both times I have again requested removal. I have opened a complaint with the Do Not Call Registry as well with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I hope you can get them to stop calling me.
