Above The Rest Swimming Pool Service And Repair

The guy, Mike we dealt with at this company was HORRIBLE He kept changing when he was coming to service out pool He would never inform us of the changed day until we called him even though he had already been paid He harassed us to receive payment for the next month early He was VERY rude and unprofessional He made racist and antimilitary comments to us (my husband & I both have served nearly decades in the military between the of us) He also would not send us an invoice

The worst customer experience skills ever Short, negative, accusatory, and plane rude I would highly caution anyone to utilize his services Put far more sand in my filter than needed, then got upset when I approached him several months later with a problem that would not be discovered for quite sometime Then got upset when I called my warranty company to come out to look at the pool vshim since the pool is under warranty While the pool is under warranty to much sand is not, so apon telling him this his respone " good luck" with that Stay away from him!!!!!
