We're not a bank you can't just come drop off money and come pick it up whenever you likeWe have several different options to meet your needs so you get your money's worthLike rescheduling or transferring your deposit to a friendBy the time you wanted a refund the artist had already worked on
your artwork and if you would had come picked up your deposit their time would have been wastedHow dare you waste our timeAnd now a Revdex.com complain to add to itMore wasting of our timeYou need to learn some manors and have some respect for the working classPathetic
Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
I am both shocked & appalled by the response from the businessMy intentions were to reach a reciprocal consensus from an establishment were I expect nothing but professionalism from, however, after reading the response I repudiate my original thought & will now pursue this till the endIn your response you said that your business is "not a bank" which I completely agree with, however as a business, it's your responsibility to accept the responsibilities that come with being in "the working class" in Alaska, you should familiarize your business with the Alaska Consumer Protection Act (specifically Sec45.50.471) before you generate a response like the one providedI understand that this process can be frustrating on your end, I apologize that it has to be handled this wayI would like to clarify a few things, I did reach out to the business both in person & over the phone, not once did I successfully reach the person I was told to get in contact withThere a few inconsistencies with your response in regards to "wasting your time" specifically in regards to the artwork being worked on, I never sent an email with the artwork desired, this was due to a scheduling issue that arose shortly after my appointment was madeI also did try transferring my deposits to numerous peers, however, no one wanted itI've digressed, in summary, I tried resolving this appropriately, please don't insult my mannerisms due to your lack of ethics, that is just as "pathetic".Sincerely,*** ***
