I am rejecting this response because: I signed a contract for my pool restoration on May 3RD and still have no pool! Its been three months since they left my property!! My insurance said they are not covering his work, talked to his insurance [redacted] and they arenot covering it either! I have been given the run around for 3 months and still have a big 20x40 unsafe hole in the ground!!!!!

This process was all activated and put into action by the [redacted]', its out of our hands at this point until all insurance avenues are exhausted. I am rejecting this response because: when I called for an estimate to restore my pool, [redacted] from ABOVE WATER POOLS came out with his cement guy [redacted] from [redacted], we signed contracts with both of them to do the job, now they are blaming each other for the cave in ,my insurance turned down the claim, Above Water Pools insurance turned down the claim and concrete guy will not provide his insurance stating he was working for the pool guy ! They continue to give me the run around saying it is an insurance claim!!!!

After getting the run around from another company, I contacted Above Water Pools, LLC and was treated in a very professional manner. The service was beyond exceptional! We had to special order a new liner for our pool because of the uncommon size and they were excellent about keeping us informed on the status of the order. They installed it on one of the hottest days of the summer and worked quickly and efficiently despite the brutal heat. It looks awesome, and we couldn't be happier!
