I have tried to contact Mr [redacted] several times on the phone and I have also gone by their house and left my business card with my personal cell phone number on itI received one phone call from him after the last email he sent but have not heard back from him except through the Revdex.comI would love to get this issue taken care of and am not trying to not get it taken care of

Aboveboard Roofing contacted CertainTeed for first time on 9/17/regarding the claim for Mr [redacted] after Mr [redacted] contacted us about the shingle discoloration for the first timeAfter speaking to Mr [redacted] and then not getting any results from [redacted] with certainteed, Aboveboard Roofing contacted [redacted] Aboveboard Roofing gave Mr [redacted] ***'s contact information regarding the claimMr [redacted] then called Aboveboard Roofing and stated that he was going to inspect Mr [redacted] roof that dayThe customer service issue, as stated before, does not lie on Aboveboard Roofing but on CertainTeedAboveboard Roofing installed CertainTeed Shingles per Mr [redacted] requestThis is not a shingle company we typically use but installed what the homeowner wanted and explained that at the time of installationAs far as the couple pieces of siding that Mr [redacted] wants replaced, he instructed Aboveboard Roofing that he did not want us to replace it, therefore it had not been replacedMr [redacted] has not in any form contacted Aboveboard Roofing since we last spoke with him on 11/17/expect through the Revdex.com site to try and make Aboveboard Roofing look like we are taking care of our customers

Aboveboard Roofing repaired the issue on March 21, We have left several messages to make sure that the issue was been fixed, and are waiting to hear from customer

Aboveboard Roofing sent someone out to look at the leak at after receiving a call on June I couldn't find where another call had been received regarding the leak still thereI will send someone out next week to look at the leak againHowever, the interior shouldn't be fixed until we are
certain that the leak is fixedIf Mr*** has any problems with this please feel free to contact us

Aboveboard Roofing is unaware of this issue, never have ever seen my guys do thisI'm not saying that they wouldn't but this is something that we are not known forOur phones have been out of order for several weeksI have not received an email or based on the phones messages I have not received
itI will be contact this homeowner and get someone out there to assess the damage and have it fixed

I left my phone number several times on their answering machine, they have my cell phone number and my wife's on our contractNot one time I've had a message or a voice mail on my cell phone nor do I have any missed callsAnd the ONE time they visit me at my house they go at the time I am not at home (they know I'm military and I don't get home until passed 6:PM)Several attempts had been made from my part and I already left not one but messages on their voice recorder

I sent a representative out on July 14, to fix the leakThe walkers have not contacted my office to let us kniw that there was still a problemIf it's still leaking please call our office so we can send another person out

Aboveboard Roofing will be more than happy to replace the shingles per the manufacturer's recommendation and at the manufacturer's payment Mr*** just need to let us know and communicate with us what they are sayingAlaso, Aboveboard Roofing need to know if Mr*** wants us to replace the board or if he wants to do it himself like he previously statedIf he wants us to just bring him the boards or replace it for himIf he will communicate via phone so things could get accomplished it would work better and faster that way

As before this business has answered the complaint on the defence. Aboveboard roofing installed 20 defective shingles that were noticed by me the day of install a year ago. I was told to wait 60 days to see if they would blend in with the others. Also they broke the corner off of one of my hardy boards. They delivered  the replacement hardy board and I said I did not want them to put it on it that I would do it. Upon putting it side by side with the broken one I noticed that it wasnt the same kind and asked for the correct replacement. Its been almost a year and the previous responces from them was they would call me and get me the right one. . I was told numerous times that they would get this issue resolved and they have only responded to my complaints with they are doing everything they can to make me happy. They installed the defective shingles and they should have been the ones to make this right instead of telling me over and over again that the warranty was turned in and they would take care of it. Instead they put it on me to get in touch with the manufacturer and I have had to resolve the shingle issue.

Aboveboard Roofing tried to contact the number we had on file several months ago to get this matter resolved and put the repair on the schedule since the homeowner wanted to be present. This file has been sitting on my desk waiting to hear from this customer. I'm not sure if we have the wrong number...

or it's changed but aboveboard roofing would like for the customer to contact us so that we can get this matter resolved and scheduled.

contacted [redacted]. Aboveboard Roofing gave Mr. [redacted]'s contact information regarding the claim. This is craziness and in keeping with the messages from other consumer complaints about this company.  I have tried for several days to get in touch with them. It's just like last time I filed a complaint -- the response says that I never attempted to contact them.They will promise to come out. I'll take time off from work to meet with them. They'll stand me up at least twice. I'll lose a thousand dollar or so in lost wages from missed work time.  If their phone is out of order -- why don't they have a secondary means of communication-like email?
Where's what I want -- I'd like for them to call me, give me appropriate contact information, a physical address that they will respond to certified mail. I will have another roofing inspector coming out to assess the extent of the negligence. I'd like to have a reputable company with whom I can get in touch with repair the damage and I'd like for Aboveboard Roofing to reimburse me.  I have no confidence in this company.
