Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This was the entire point of my complaint The parking lot attendee did not tell me the pass needed returned at any specific time, or even at all Up until they called me asking for it I was not even aware they wanted it back In addition, when I did return the pass, the attendee I returned it to lied to me and told me I would be getting the deposit back, they just needed their manager to set up how I can receive it When the manager called me the next day, instead of telling me how to get the deposit back they said they won't be returning it The businesses response did not address my complaint in any form at all Regards, [redacted]

This was the entire point of my complaint. The parking lot attendee did not tell me the pass needed returned at any specific time, or even at all. Up until they called me asking for it I was not even aware they wanted it back. This customer had to turn his pass in by July 31 to receive the refund for the security deposit for the parking pass. The pass wasn't returned until the 13th of August, He was told the pass needed to be returned by the end of the month, We tell everyone to turn the pass in by the end of...
