To whom it may concern,I Sal am apologizing for the delay of a repair of a phone , in this situation the customer brought in a phone for the screen to be fixed at that point in time the phone screen was replaced and fixed by me, after the phone was surrendered back to the customer later on that week the Customer returned with the phone I repaired claiming when I did my repair I caused his phone speakers to malfunction, I than explained to the Customer I would give him some Bluetooth headphones until the part I ordered for his phone came in , this was the last encounter I had with this Customer however I was advised by a coworker of mine that this Customer returned with his phone an more issues , at this time in question I was not at work an my coworker was very busy an backed up with customer's ( we are still currently short handed with technicians ) he advised him to return at a later time , in my opinion this aggravated the customer which led us here In conclusion if I can have a pic of the front and back of the iPhone, gigs and service I woul be more than happy to find a better working iPhone for the customer from a different source (eBay , or Amazon ) and we will recycle his old phone Once I get the OK from the Customer I will order and provide the tracking number asap Salvador M*** (technician)
