My 80 year old mother had taken her car to the Abra Auto Body and Glass in Roswell, GA a few times. Last year, she had taken her car to Abra and noticed that her handicap tag (the kind that hangs from a mirror) was missing from her glove box. She thought someone at Abra might have taken it but was not 100% positive. She called there and whoever she spoke to said they had not found it. A week or two ago, she took her car there for some minor body work because it is close to her home and she wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. When she got her car back this time, the handicap tag (she was able to get the first one replaced) was missing AGAIN! She called the shop to complain but was just blown off. She is a little old lady so no one took her seriously. This is so sad! She needs the handicap tag! What kind of person would do that?!?
Of course, Abra knows we cannot prove it and they will never admit it but I wanted others to know. I would be very cautious if I went there (but I would never go back). Beware!
