I hired Abra Fitzpatrick for a family photo shoot which was taken on November 9, 2019. After the Christmas holidays, I emailed her on Jan 13, 2020 and again on Jan 20, 2020 to inquire about the status of my photos. I did not receive a response either time. I tried to phone her today on Feb 10, 2020 but she did not pick up. I was not able to leave a message because the voicemail box is full but I did send her a text, so far no response. I paid $200 in full prior to the shoot. I believe that three months is too long to have to wait for photos but not receiving a response to any of my inquiries about the status of the photos is completely unacceptable. At this point, I fear I may never receive my photos.

Delivery I would like two things to be done to resolve my complaint 1) access to my photos 2) communication from the photographer as to why such a delay in receiving my photos, when I can get access to them and why my status inquiries went unanswered.
I revived a text from the client on February 10th regarding her photo gallery. Her photos were edited in December 2019, but through some oversight on my part, the email with access to the photo gallery was not delivered. In January I closed my business due to family and life changes. I have not accessed my business email until I received the text from the client. I sent her the link to her gallery yesterday, so she has access to her photos from her photo shoot. She now owns 30 images, 14 more than the photo shoot package she purchased. I am deeply sorry for this occurrence, and tried to convey that to the client. Thank you.
2/12/2020 - Thank you for your assistance towards resolution of this matter. The same day that Revdex.com contacted the service provider, I instantly received a link to access my photos and have downloaded them. I now have the product I paid for am satisfied with the outcome. We can close this case. Thanks again!
