Complaint ID # [redacted] To the Revdex.com:Ms [redacted] vehicle’s damage is not due to our car wash as there is no possible way that our machine would be able to reach that far below her vehicle in order to cause that damageWhen I observed the damage that occurred to the vehicle, it was observed that the damage that had occurred to the vehicle had happened to the bottom of the vehicle as well as the upper portion of the front bumper on the left sideOur car wash is only able to clean the outside, upper portion of the body of the vehicle and the damage that was visually observed was underneath the vehicleTherefore, it would not make any sense at all that the machine would have been able to reach underneath the car in order to cause that kind of damage to the underside of the vehicleIn addition to this, the damage that occurred to the front bumper on the left side could not have been caused by the machine as the brush that is in the car wash is perpendicular to the vehicle and would not have caused damage to only one side of the vehicleThe machine does not latch onto the vehicle and grab it in any wayThe only form of contact the machine has with the vehicle is touching it with a foam brushThe only way that this kind of damage could have occurred was if the car was damaged before it entered the car washTherefore, it would not be our responsibility to repair any damages that are present on that vehicle. As for if there are any claims to loose articles being pulled from the vehicle, we have a clearly marked sign in front of the car wash that states we are not liable for any damage that may have occurred to loose articles around the vehicle. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but it will not be our responsibility to repair any damages that are on the vehicle.ArcoSMcClintock Dr.Tempe, AZ

This response is totally fabricated! The owner showed us the security film clearly showing the vehicle was not damaged prior to entering his carwash and clearly shows it came out damaged The damage was not done from under the vehicle but the upright brush caught under the fender and could not release and continued to try to move and therefore causing the damage He initially offered to take care of it but after seeing the estimate he changed his mind The auto repair shop clearly saw the damage as well This was the fault of this establishment and he refused to give his insurance info to us but asked us to get estimate He is obviously a dishonest man and knows it was the mechanical error of the machine Why would he show us the security video showing an undamaged vehicle entering the wash and after seeing the cost to repair stop all communication Surely he must have insurance to repair it and he wants me to use my inscompany instead I refuse to do that and chance my insurance going up for something I did not cause This vehicle was in mint condition before entering the carwash and he needs to be honest and take care of the damage I would not ask him to if I had caused his vehicle to be damaged but I am an honest elderly woman and he appears to be dishonest

7/25/2016Complaint ID #[redacted]To the Revdex.com:We are sticking with our previous statement. We are not dishonest people. We take pride in how honest we are in our business. We are not at fault. If it was our fault, we would not hesitate to call our insurance to claim this as our fault and provide her with the money for her car but it is not. Her car was damaged somewhere else. Not in our car wash. She can call our statement fabricated, but we know for sure that it is not and we are not liable for the damages that occurred to her car wherever they did occur. Like before, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, but we are not at fault. Our previous statement was the pure truth, and we have absolutely no interest in fabricating any statements as we would be losing loyal customers. But, when we are trying to be deemed as the party at fault for something that was not ours to begin with, we cannot take the liability. Thank you for your time and sorry again for the inconvenience.Arco3233 S. McClintock Dr.Tempe, AZ 85282
