We needed a new central AC unit after our 15 year old equipment finally died. After contacting several other installers that seemed too expensive to us, we decided to give Abraham AC a call after seeing their ad and coupon in an advertising circular.

They responded promptly to our call and scheduled an appointment during evening hours to accommodate our work schedules. The salesman arrived on time. He explained all our options for a replacement unit. He answered all our questions about the installation and matched the equipment to our needs.

The installation permit was delayed by the Hollywood Historical Board's inability to understand that this was a replacement and there would be no change to our home's exterior and the outside components would be in the same location as our previous permitted installation which is hidden by a fence. When this problem cropped up after Abraham AC submitted the original permit application, I submitted more detailed site plans and explanations to the city permit office since I was familiar with the process. After two weeks the permit was granted.

Abraham AC credited us for this effort on our part, which we appreciated.

Work began soon after and the installation took about 1/2 a day. The installers were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up (inside and out) after they finished.

We are very satisfied with Abraham AC and the reasonably priced new unit is so efficient we have recouped about $150 in operating costs in the first year of use.

Abraham ac is amazing. We chose these guys after several contractors came to give us estimates. They clearly knew what they were talking about. We were renovating part of our house and we wanted to move where the ac unit was just a bit. This was no easy task but Adam and his guys got it done and done right. They also put vents in 2 rooms that did not have ac before. Another difficult task trust me. I would and have recommended Abraham AC to everyone I know.
