We needed a new central AC unit after our year old equipment finally diedAfter contacting several other installers that seemed too expensive to us, we decided to give Abraham AC a call after seeing their ad and coupon in an advertising circular They responded promptly to our call and scheduled an appointment during evening hours to accommodate our work schedulesThe salesman arrived on timeHe explained all our options for a replacement unitHe answered all our questions about the installation and matched the equipment to our needs The installation permit was delayed by the Hollywood Historical Board's inability to understand that this was a replacement and there would be no change to our home's exterior and the outside components would be in the same location as our previous permitted installation which is hidden by a fenceWhen this problem cropped up after Abraham AC submitted the original permit application, I submitted more detailed site plans and explanations to the city permit office since I was familiar with the processAfter two weeks the permit was granted Abraham AC credited us for this effort on our part, which we appreciated Work began soon after and the installation took about 1/a dayThe installers were courteous and efficientThey cleaned up (inside and out) after they finished We are very satisfied with Abraham AC and the reasonably priced new unit is so efficient we have recouped about $in operating costs in the first year of use
Nearing the end of warranty period on two AC units purchased from Abraham AC Had a weird problem with one unit and called Abraham on a Sunday afternoon during a South Florida record setting heat wave Company had a person at my home by a.mthe next morning Was a major hour repair job which they performed under warranty Great customer service and extraordinarily reliable Abraham stands by its products and I highly recommend
I have never received better service and pricing from another service company.He explains the problems and gives you solutions that work best for you! ! Friendly customer service is #1!!
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but I must do so in recommending Abraham A/C & Heating Services, Inc I asked companies to give me a bid on replacing my A/C System I was told by two of them that I needed certain things, like putting a vent in my attic, relocating certain lines, etc From the moment [redacted] Abraham A/C's president came into my home, I knew he was the one to deal with Not only did he tell me that the other work was not needed, he shared that if I was not satisfied with his company's work, he would remove the new system and reinstall the old allowing me to go elsewhere What did I have to lose? Not only was his installation staff professional, they even asked my wife if she approved of how they cleaned up Can you imagine that? No one ever asked my wife to do that They left the house as spotless as it was The A/C has saved me about 40% per month in electrical costs; it's quieter; and doesn't run that often If you're looking for a company who is reliable, professional and says what they tell you they will be doing, you must select Abraham A/C

Abraham AC was the best for us When we bought our house last January we needed to replace systems that were already in the house The owner [redacted] came out himself and quoted us and explained everything to us Out of the companies we had quote us, he did not speak poorly of any other company and promised to take care of any issues himself and handed me his cell number His installers showed up on time, did a very professional job, and cleaned up after themselves and made sure we fully understood how everything worked before they left As with a project this large we have some minor tweaks, and [redacted] himself came out and did it to make sure were happy His staff, while trade workers, presented themselves well and were very polite, unlike many others we have dealt with over the years We did have one line backflow on us to due to our error and they were out that day to resolve I have and will continue to recommend them

Abraham ac is amazingWe chose these guys after several contractors came to give us estimatesThey clearly knew what they were talking about We were renovating part of our house and we wanted to move where the ac unit was just a bitThis was no easy task but Adam and his guys got it done and done rightThey also put vents in rooms that did not have ac beforeAnother difficult task trust meI would and have recommended Abraham AC to everyone I know
