[redacted] has an excellent company with even better quality work. Our house stands out in quality above any others in our neighborhood. He really cares about the product that he produces.

Review: Company put in a walkway to our patio which fell apart in sections shortly after completion. We called them several times over period of months but although they said they would correct it, we never heard from them. We cannot use the walkway because it is a dangerous for anyone to use as there is many loose pavers and a drop off that could cause injury as explained to them prior to putting in the walkway, it was to be used for our disabled son. We have never used it because of the risk of injuryDesired Settlement: Correct whatever error that was made when it was constructed

Review: I used Abraham General construction to build my Concrete Paver Patio in [redacted]. Overall I was initially satisfied - though the work took somewhat longer than planned or that we had contracted for. When the work was done I contacted and spoke to both [redacted] (the son) and [redacted] (father). They assured me that they stand behind their work (the reason I original chose them). However after the work was completed - by the following season, certain areas of the patio needed attention. In several places, the patio started settling to such and extent that it was unsightly and also uneven pavers. I has a similar issue with the umbrella holder on the concrete counter they built also coming apart after the first season. As per their promises, I called them several times. Like one of the other complaints on this Revdex.com website, it was very hard to get a hold of them, but several times I did speak to them. They would promise to come by to look and address the problem. Months went by and has gone into the following year. Each time I call or leave a message, they either say they will take care of it or they actually don't respond or call back. Meanwhile the issues and settling continue to get worse and deteriorate. My overall experience has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least. They promised to stand behind their work and take care of these issues (which they could probably easily do in a few hours). Instead I have been left handing with no resolution and they have not honored their word so far and time continues to go by without any response or solution or contact.Desired Settlement: Repair the issues asap

I have then replace the retaining walls on my driveway and rip up old asphalat and repave driveway. Looked great when they did it, less than a year later the asphalt looks terrible. I have trenches from driving into my garages. I have called them numerous times. They came out and looked over a month ago and said they would correct. I have been chasing them ever since. My other house has a 15 year old drive that look better in comparison.

Review: Abraham did my driveway in horror and stated he would honor it. The job was completed Monday and after $2000. cash payment I don't even get a return phone call. The whole job was a mess and I'm getting water inside my garage due to too much blacktop laid down. This is a big issue since I have many belongings in the garage and never had a water problem. I paid the money in good faith to the [redacted] $2000 cash in $20 dollar bills. He could not provide a receipt at time but said one would e dropped off into my mailbox. This never happened either.Desired Settlement: I need them to refund me the money and remove the material they laid down... putting everything back the way it was before they came in. I will get someone else to do the job.

I will contract someone else to remove and replace the work that was done and Abraham can pay for all costs directly to new contractor.
