For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The flooring has a 20 year warranty.As you can see in the pictures I submitted. Everything has floor protectors.Yes I to have dogs and I feel them walking over the floor should not have anything to do with the problem.I should not have to hire and pay a flooring inspector. We stand behind the decline on this complaint As the warranty states specific items are not covered by the product warranty The consumer still has the option to ask a certified inspector to look at the floor and if manufacturing related issues are found, the invoice for such inspection can be submitted for reimbursement

A representative from our company inspected the consumers vinyl and found damage consistent with unprotected furniture and pet damageThe claim was therefore declined and a copy of the product warranty was enclosedI have also attached a copy of the warranty for your reviewInformation was also
supplied to the customer for them to have the floor inspected by a certified inspector if they disagreed with our findingsWhen I advised the consumer they would be responsible for the inspection she stated she would contact your office at no expenseShould the consumer have the flooring inspected using a certified inspector and manufacturing related issues are found the invoice for the inspection can be submitted for reimbursementWe do require a complete copy of the certified report for complaint re-evaluationWe stand behind our original determination and respectfully decline this complaint.*** ***
