I am responding to a letter that I received from the Revdex.com, complaint # [redacted] from [redacted] I have enclosed with this letter the detailed proposal given to her before the job that she accepted and agreed to along with the cancelled check that she gladly paid my company for our servicesWhen *** called for service we promptly sent a company representative to her home to do an assessment and give her a written proposalThe total for the work was $2,It is not our concern or business if she filed a claim with her homeowners insurance for roof damage of borrowed the money from another source, the total for the project was $2,When reading page of the proposal under remove existing roof it states that we will "replace any rotted plywood decking''All costs to replace rotted plywood are included and would not be billed extraThe work was completed in a prompt and workmanship like mannerOne sheet of plywood was rotten and was replacedWe were made whole for the work with her paymentSince the rotted plywood replacement was included in the proposal and my company did not bill her extra, [redacted] needs to take this matter up with the insurance companyAm not sure why they withheld the $for the sheet of plywoodI am certain that talking to a manager at the insurance company will get her issue resolvedAbe Lincoln services has no responsibility and can committed no wrong doing under the laws of New York State in this matterI would also like to state that the business phones are all metered and all calls are recorded and stored in a databaseThe claim of repeated phone calls with no response are completely erroneousKind regards,
