Abraham Mickens dba M&M General Contractor Reviews (4)

My crew completed a patch job (meaning areas of rotten wood & shingles were replaced) along with debris removal at Ms [redacted] residenceWhen she contacted me two months later with issues and a refund request; I offered to check & repair any problems that my crew has causedI was denied access to her roof and her residenceI am still willing to check and repair any poor work done by my crew/company on the patch job where we previously worked

I am rejecting this response because: Contrary to Mr [redacted] ‘reply, he had ample time to resolve this issue We agreed to meet at my home, however, he never showed up After he failed to appear, I attempted to reach him by phone numerous times, to no avail Finally, as a result of manycalls and voicemails to Mr [redacted] and no replies, I wrote him a letter and mailed it to the address on the invoiceThe letter was returned “unable to forward” The Revdex.com had to close the first complaint case because they could not locate him with the address that I gave them (which was the address on the invoice) Meanwhile, the roof is still actively leaking and causing more internal damage to my home After paying Mr [redacted] his full asking price of $1,800.00, I expected my roof to be fixed, as agreed In December, as inclement winter weather began to approach and to avoid further damage to my home I had to hire another contractorTo whom I paid a total of $6,for a new roof.In addition, and adding to all of my previous frustrations, I was forced to research Mr [redacted] company to obtain a valid mailing address to send another letter expressing my dissatisfaction with the work that he performed I was required to file a second complaint with Revdex.com stating my claim against Mr [redacted] , to which Mr [redacted] finally replied As a result of all of the unnecessary interior damage to my home, the double payment to a second contractor who ultimately fixed my roof, the mental stress and the anguish brought upon me by Mr [redacted] ’ failure to complete the agreed upon request to repair my roof, I am requesting a full refund of the payment that I provided to Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] verbally agreed to provide mewith a full refund, however to date; I have not received any of my money back
