Review: The roofing job done to my home wasn't done according to contract and the warranty wasn't honored to repair leaks that were created by the work the company did. The work done or that wasn't done by this company according to contract has company has created a health issue and a safety issue. The water is leaking inside my home near the electrical wiresDesired Settlement: I am seeking a full refund to get my roof repaired.

I first went to [redacted] home on October **, 2013. Upon inspection it was determined that 2 sections of the roof needed to be replaced. The agreed on price for the work was $10,600. [redacted] informed me that she could not pay in accordance with our policy of 1/3 down to start and balance in full upon compltion so I offered her a payment plan at no additional charge. She gave me a $3000 deposit that day. Her sister came to our office on October **, 2013 and paid another $3000. [redacted] agreed to pay $2300 in January and February 2014. We did the job as outlined in the signed agreement. In November she called to say there was a new leak. I sent our head roofer to her home and he sealed all around the chimney at no charge. For 4 months my office tried to collect the payments from her to no avail. At times [redacted] used vulgar language with my employees. Claiming another leak, I went to her home again and determined that there was a le ak coming from the siding on the house not from the roof. I told her that we would repair the siding if she would just make her payments. Finally on May *, 2014 she came to the office and made a payment of $1150. We are still waiting for the monies owed to us in the amount of $3450. We did in fact complete the job as outlined in the agreement and performed additional work free of charge.
