Abrahams Home Inspection

On 5-30-2017I inspected the house located at [redacted] Ave, Yukon, Ok [redacted].In the complaint issued to the Revdex.com, the clients gave no indication that they were
informed of the roof defects,yet I clearly stated on the report that there were improperly
installed shingles at...

the south
slope and recommended a roofer repair them. I also
had two very clear pictures of the loose and missing shingles that were on the report.I would be more then happy torelease the entire report to the Revdex.com, if the clients would consent
to its release. I"'have not been back the house since then and I do not know if a roofer was called out to repair the roof as I recommended. All I know is that the clients have been in contact with us complaining about the situation, so
I refunded them their money since they were unhappy. That is the only reason I refunded them their money. I have done well over a thousand roof inspections in my career and always fulfill what the state law requires me to inspect, per the Construction Industries Board.
