Abram Heating, Air and Electric were the assigned vendor to our claim through [redacted]. There were electrical wiring issues that needed repair. In the process of the repair, Abram's crew did extensive damage to the wood portion of the roof/floor of attic and drain from gutter on outside of home. In the process of the repair, they did not tell us that damage was done to the property, yet left to obtain materials to attempt to repair it, in which they improperly installed a drain, improperly caulked the drain and did a sub-par paint job in attempt to cover up their horrible attempt at repair. Then, they simply left. We did not learn of the state of our property until we looked the next day at the outside of the home. I contacted Abram to notify him of the damage and he acknowledged the damage and tried to place liability with the home warranty company, when he knew he was responsible. Abram's company claims to be 'bonded and insured' but that is not entirely true. They have minimal insurance and their insurance does not cover even a fraction of the damage done to our property. The only thing their insurance covers is 'paint'. We have attempted to contact Abram several times as he knows about the damage and need for repair. He has not returned phone calls and his insurance company has told him he is liable for these repairs. He is avoiding contacting us and will not repair the damage done by his crew.Product_Or_Service: Electrical Repair service through [redacted]Order_Number: [redacted] AmeDesired SettlementI would like legitimate drywall/construction crew (Not Abram's crew, as they are not capable) to repair this damage or we would like monetary compensation to repair the damage to our home. Business Response Based on a conversation the Revdex.com had with the company, Mr. Abram states that his insurance company has been trying to reach the consumer, Ms. [redacted]'s [redacted] company to no avail. Mr. Abram states that they did not have wrong doing and they did what was authorized. Mr. Abram advises would like the [redacted] company to contact his insurance company in order to come to a resolution on the matter. Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)Both my home [redacted] company a well as Mr. Abram's own insurance company state that he is responsible. He has been advised of this. His own insurance does not cover this damage and the home [redacted] contract does not cover anything but drywall repair. He has also been informed of these facts. The[redacted] company is not hard to get in contact with. They are a large corporation with a nationwide cal center. I believe [redacted] just does not want to cover the repair required.
