reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Please add your rejection comments below. We have filed a law suit against Abramo Pools for this issue as we had to have another company come and make the necessary repairs to our pool boiler to which Abramo broke. I first started calling Abramo Pools in early May and the VERY FIRST return call back I received was today, July 6, 2016, via voicemail at my house. I have saved emails sent to a [redacted] and no return emails came back from him either. I spoke to several people from Abramo who answered the phone as well as the same [redacted] in the email above and they would all say they had to have the owner call me back. He never did so we got another company to repair it.
